Project scope

1) a single storey extension to the rear of the existing semi-detached single storey cottage, associated alterations to side & rear elevations & all associated site works. 2) The sub division of the rear garden to accommodate a detached single storey dwelling (Dwelling A) to the rear of the existing cottage, access road , foul water to mains sewer, surface water to soakaways & all associated site works . Retention Planning Permission is sought for the sub division of the rear garden to accommodate a detached single storey dwelling (Dwelling B) to the rear of the existing cottage and proposed dwelling A , access road, foul water to mains sewer, surface water to soakaways & all associated site works
