Apartment development

Project scope

The development will consist of the following variations to a previous Grant of Permission (Pl. Ref: 25/60179): (i) alterations to comply with Condition 2 (b) by omitting Blocks 1, 2 and 3 (comprising dwelling units 35F, 36A, 37A, 38F, H1 31, J1 32, H33, J34, J10, H09, J1 08, H1O7, H155, J1 56, H57 and J58); (ii) the reconfiguration of Blocks 1, 2 and 3 to ensure no overshadowing or overlooking of adjoining units shall occur and that sufficient passive surveillance is provided to consolidated public open spaces; (iii) the redesign of Blocks 1, 2 and 3 to form part two-storey and part three-storey buildings to provide 3no. 1-Bed first-floor apartments, 10no. 2-bed ground floor apartments and 7no. 3-bed duplex units at first and second floor with associated parking, bike and bin stores; (iv) the addition of 2no. three-bedroom two-storey semi-detached dwelling units (29A and 30F) and (v) All other site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground including surface water drainage network, petrol oil interception, SuDS features and associated infiltration systems, foul sewerage networks, rising main and connection to the existing public foul drainage network, public lighting, boundary wall treatments and all ancillary site development works associated with these variations to the Grant of Permission Pl.
