Retention Permission for modifications to certain aspects of the main yard development, as previously permitted under Planning Register Reference 2461109, including: a. The relocation of a previously permitted staff canteen from the two-storey administration building into part of the adjoining stable block; b. Minor revisions to fenestration and first floor openings within the main yard building, including the introduction of a sliding door system with Juliet balcony and associated minor roof/eaves amendments; c. Retention of a plant and services building required to facilitate the operational and servicing requirements of the wider equine facility
