Project scope

(A) Planning Permission for the conversion of the existing garage into a family flat linked into the main residence with a single storey extension to the Rear (south west) Elevation, (B) Alterations to the existing main house internal room layout on the ground floor and Planning Permission for a part single storey extension to the Rear (south west) Elevation forming a new Kitchen, Dining/ Living area, (C) Planning Permission for a Two storey extension to the Rear (south west) Elevation consisting of an extension and alterations to the first floor bedroom layout with an additional dormer window on the first floor landing. (D) Alterations to the existing window fenestration on Front (north east Elevation), side (south east elevation) and the installation of two roof lights to the Front (north east Elevation) and all associated works
