Project scope

Removal of existing substandard structures (5.5sq.m), single storey extensions to north east and south west of existing single storey dwelling, redesign and extension to front entrance door (66sq.m), new single storey car garage (33sq.m) adjacent to house with connecting screen wall all totalling 99sq.m of additional floor area overall, alterations to the existing roof incl. new roof window, replacement and or upgrade of all external windows and doors, internal refurbishment works, and all associated site and drainage works
