Project scope

Retention for 1. Change of 2no. first floor roof lights in bedroom A to dormer windows on northeast elevation. 2. Ground floor rear extension to family room and garden room. 3. Ground floor front extension to garden room. 3. Alterations to first floor bay on southwest elevation. 4. The raising of the roof height over the previously approved garden room to create new dressing room area with dormer window to the front. 5. Ground floor extension of to the previously approved single storey garage under reg. ref. 07/0306 (c.32.3m.sq.) with the conversion of attic space over garage to home office and storage space (c.206.2m.sq.) ancillary to the main dwelling along with the provision of 4no. dormer windows to the rear and rooflights serving the attic space. 6. Change of use of the previously approved feed and tack room previously granted permission under reg. ref. 00/1246 along with single storey extension (c.118.2m.sq.) to the rear to a gymnasium and recreational areas ancillary to the main dwelling involving the removal of the single storey agricultural building.
