Project scope

(A) Retention permission for single storey building on site, (B) Planning permission for the change of use of the existing building into a two bedroom dwelling house, (C) the installation of an wastewater treatment system with polishing filter percolation area to serve the new dwelling house and (D) upgrading of existing entrance to a double vehicular recessed entrance with access driveway to serve the new dwelling and all associated site works.
