Project scope

Alterations to existing dwelling and garage granted under Pl. Ref. 94/380, including the following; 1. Minor alterations to existing elevations including upgraded design of bay projections (from chamfered to squared) and the addition of small gable roofs over both bay projections to front elevation. 2. Nap render finish to all elevations in place of previously granted brick finish. 3. Construction of single storey extension to rear (exempted development). 4. Alterations to internal floor layouts including removal of original wall between kitchen and living room. 5. Conversion of original domestic garage to games room ancillary to dwelling. 6. And all associated and auxiliary site works
