Project scope

(i) the removal of the previously approved and as built “Click and Collect” canopy and ancillary signage (as permitted under Reg. Ref. 22353); (ii) permission for the construction of a new sheltered canopy (c. 215 sq.m) for the purpose of providing 6 no. “Click and Collect” car parking spaces and 2 no. “Click and Collect” van parking spaces, to facilitate Tesco and third-party operators; (iii) ancillary signage; (iv) internal road realignment works resulting in the removal of 49 no. car parking spaces; and (v) all associated site development works
