Project scope

(a) to amend Condition No. 2(c) from “In the interest of clarity and to ensure the cohesive development of the subject lands, prior to the commencement of any development, a phasing plan shall be submitted for the overall site for the agreement of the Planning Authority. No more than 26 units shall commence development until such time as revised proposals have been permitted for the blocks detailed above 1-3.” to read as “In the interest of clarity and to ensure the cohesive development of the subject lands, prior to the commencement of any development, a phasing plan shall be submitted for the overall site for the agreement of the Planning Authority. No more than 54 units shall commence development until such time as revised proposals have been permitted for the blocks detailed above 1-3.” (b) change 3no. apartment blocks Nos. 55-58, 39-42 and 75-78 (all incl.) to 2no. four-bed semi-detached and 4no. three-bedroom semi-detached houses respectively. (a reduction of six dwellings). (c) miscellaneous alterations to proposed boundary treatments at the new development and with its junction with Rath Park. (d) All other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground including surface water drainage network, petrol oil interception, SuDS features and associated infiltration systems, foul sewerage networks, rising main and connection to the existing public foul drainage network, public lighting and all ancillary site development works.
