Extensions to existing 4-bedroom single storey detached dwelling A) Extensions to the front of the existing dwelling to provide new entrance porch, B) Single storey flat roof extension to the rear and side of the existing dwelling to provide new kitchen / living area and en-suite bedroom. C) internal alterations to the layout of the existing dwelling to provide home office, utility room and en-suite bedrooms.
