Apartment development

Project scope

The development will consist of the following: (1) Partial demolition of rear roof of the existing derelict buildings along Bride Street (former stables buildings/vacant commercial units) and full demolition of the derelict storage building to the rear of the site; (2) Internal renovation and extension to rear to accommodate 5no. apartments and construction of two-storey replacement building to accommodate 2 no. apartments (a combined total of 7 no. apartments all at ground and first floor level); (3) Restoration and repair of the street-facing facades along Bride Street; (4) Provision of a communal courtyard for use of the apartments; (5) All associated works to include landscaping, boundary treatments, infrastructure, lighting, foul / surface drainage and site works necessary to facilitate the development.
