Project scope

(1) Demolition of existing derelict storage buildings and partial demolition of existing stone wall to boundary along Bride Street; (2) Re-grading of the site to facilitate construction of 12no. dwellings; (3) Construction of 10no. three storey 3-bedroom houses and 2no. two storey 2-bedroom houses; (4) Existing vehicular access adjusted to suit new site configuration with 10no. car parking spaces on a shared surface; (5) Public open space fronting onto Bride Street with the retention of 2no. mature trees; (6) All associated works to include landscaping, planting and boundary treatments, infrastructure, lighting, foul / surface drainage and site works necessary to facilitate the development
