to include alterations and extensions to existing 4-bedroom single storey detached dwelling. A) Extensions to the front of the existing dwelling to provide new entrance porch, B) Single storey flat roof extension to the rear and side of the existing dwelling to provide new kitchen / living area and en-suite bedroom.
