(A) Demolition of existing single storey kitchen extension to the rear (north elevation) of existing house, (B) Construction of a single storey extension to the side (east elevation) and the Front (south elevation). (C) Alterations to the existing window fenestration on Front (south Elevation) and amendments to the existing house internal room layout and the removal of the existing chimneys and (D) the installation of an Corcoran batchpur sewage treatment plant with polishing filter percolation area, and all associated site works
