Project scope

a residential scheme comprising 44 no. houses as 2 storey, semi-detached dwellings, in a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units, with on-curtilage parking; landscaping and boundary treatment, public open space (approx. 0.42 Ha); a vehicular, pedestrian and cyclist access point to serve the development provided off Dunmurray Road; a greenway walk/ cycle path with pedestrian & cyclist access points provided off Old Road and Dunmurray Road; an ESB substation; and all ancillary site development works
