Project scope

The development will consist of: A) The first-floor change of use from retail use to a 2-bedroom apartment, B) The construction of a first-floor extension, C) Modification of rear fenestration to create independent rear access for apartment, and D) Internal modification including the removal of the existing stairs and the provision of a new stairs to access the apartment and all associated site works and services.
