1) The addition of two dormer window type structures to the existing roof at first floor level, 2) This new first floor extension to accommodate; the stairs, new bathroom, and additional storage space, 3) New extension to include a rooflight, 4) Modifications and relocations of windows and doors to the south and east elevations at ground floor level, 5) The widening of the existing driveway / vehicular entrance and dishing the existing footpath, 6) All alterations, internal modifications and all associated site works
