Project scope

the existing single storey extension to the north of the existing two storey main dwelling (reg. ref. 83/663), the existing family room including windows, extended playroom, bathroom, utility and porch previously granted as a garage, boiler room and conservatory (reg. ref. 91/1373) also to the northern side of the existing two storey dwelling, the two storey extension to front and rear with bay window to the front elevation comprising kitchen and breakfast room at ground floor level and master bedroom and en-suite at first floor level, along with the single storey conservatory extension to the south existing main dwelling and all other associated ancillary site development works
