1) Re-location of dwelling at Tully East, Kildare from Frenchfurze Road Kildare, 2) The “A” roof (1st Floor storage development ) with (a) 3 no. dormer windows to front (south) (b) 1 no. gable window to east elevation and (c) 1 no. gable window to west elevation constructed over original permitted single storey flat roof design (d) retention of entrance gates and walls relating to 1969 Frenchfurze Road planning permission 8082 and permission to: De-commission existing off-property septic tank and construct a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area to front of property
