Project scope

A family cluster type development, including an existing family member dwelling KCC Planning Ref: 21690 and a proposed new dwelling for the applicant: (A) with part one and a half storey, part single storey type house, (B) garage / fuel store for domestic use, (C) the installation of a proprietary waste water treatment system with sand filter polishing filter, (D) Existing vehicular entrance on adjoining site to become shared entry between both existing & new dwelling, with part combined access driveway, and secondary gates off each driveway to each individual house and all associated site works
