Project scope

a single-storey rear extension to the existing dwelling incorporating a pitched roof with vaulted ceiling, including rooflights and associated structural works. The development will also include internal alterations to the existing dwelling, comprising reconfiguration of the internal layout to form a new bathroom and storage areas. The development further includes the demolition of an existing conservatory and shed structures, the provision of new window and door openings, and all associated site development works, drainage works, and ancillary works.
