Change of use and conversion

Project scope

(1) Change of use of existing stables to the rear of the main building from storage to 2 No. one bedroom and 1 No. two bedroom self-catering accommodation units with alterations to the existing internal layout, facades and roof; (2) New one and a half storey units consisting of 5 No. one bedroom and 4 No. two bedroom self-catering units in the existing rear courtyard; (3) Provision of new bicycle storage and vehicular parking; (4) New wastewater treatment system; (5) Landscaping and associated site development works
