variations to previous grants of planning permission references 99/172 and 00/2103, comprising: Retention of extensions and alterations to side and rear of existing dormer dwelling, including alterations to porch, single storey utility extension to rear and single storey living room extension to side, (a) Retention of Change of Use from Attic Storage to Habitable Accommodation at First Floor of dwelling, (b) Retention of detached timber playhouse to side of existing domestic garage, (c) Retention of detached domestic store to side of dwelling, (d) Retention of detached domestic store to front of dwelling, (e) Retention of existing vehicular entrance from public roadway, (f) Retention of location and orientation of existing dwelling, (g) Retention of Revised Location of Wastewater Treatment System, (h) Retention of site boundaries as constructed
