Project scope

construction of a single-storey extension to the rear of the house with covered terrace at first floor level above extension, construction of dormer window in main roof to the rear of the house with provision for new bedroom at first floor level, construction of 2 no. rooflights on the west elevation main roof, construction of 1 no. rooflight on the east elevation main roof, setting back and widening of existing driveway entrance to 5m, new 2m high masonry walls and piers to entrance with 2.2m to 2.4m high metal entrance gates, construction of new 2m high metal fence to northern road side boundary and all associated site works
