The temporary construction related access laneways were developed under Grant of Planning Permission Reg. Ref. 221417. The development will consist of the following items: Change of use of temporary construction related access laneway into permanent agricultural use. The total length of this agricultural laneway is approximately 481 metres. This access laneway will safely connect the upper and lower lands of the farm
