Project scope

(a) change of use from industrial to warehouse wholesale with small trade only counter, ancillary office / meeting and storage spaces, (b) construction of mezzanine floor measuring 70 Sq/M, (c) modifications to front elevation to include a new window at first floor, (d) modifications to rear elevation of the subject unit to include removal of roller shutter door and the installation of new pedestrian door with adjacent window at ground level and a window at first floor / mezzanine level, (e) connection to all relevant existing site services and all associated development works
