Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

1) Carry out alterations to the front elevation to include (a) altering window sizes to create a balanced elevation. (b) removal of a chimney which appears on the right-hand side when viewed from the public road 2) Carry out a single storey extension to the rear. Part of this extension will be seen from the front elevation. 3) Decommission and upgrade the existing septic tank system to a Secondary Sewage Treatment System with a Soil Polishing Filter. 4) Remove the existing old garage. 5) All ancillary sites work in association with the above. The existing cottage has a floor area of 59.01 sq.m. The proposed extension will add a further 118.24 sq.m
