Project scope

(a) new detached single storey / storey and a half type dwelling house, (b) new on-site domestic wastewater treatment system, (c) new recessed vehicular entrance, (d) landscaping and all associated development works on lands located. Revised by Significant Further Information which consists of: (i) Omission of the originally proposed new vehicular entrance along front boundary of the subject property along the main road, (ii) revised proposals to include for the amendments to the existing vehicular entrance serving the adjoining dwelling to provide a dual / shared vehicular entrance serving the existing and proposed dwellings, (iii) new site boundaries and all associated site development works
