Project scope

(a) The construction of 2 no. dwellings as follows: A single storey dwelling with a floor area of 279.6 m² that includes for the provision of a new effluent treatment plant and associated percolation area to serve the proposed dwelling (all on site no. 1 for Jordan Connolly). A single storey dwelling with a floor area of 301.1m² that includes for the provision of a new effluent treatment plant and associated percolation area to serve the proposed dwelling (all on site no. 2 for Robyn Connolly). (b) Access to both sites to be provided off an existing agricultural entrance and laneway that is to be upgraded as part of the proposed development. (c) Landscaping and boundary treatments along with all associated site development works
