Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

for a) part single-storey / part storey and a half extension to rear of existing dwelling, b) revised fenestration to north-eastern & northwestern elevations, c) removal / blocking of existing site entrance & provision of vehicular site entrance in revised location, d) erection of proposed new boundaries to site, e) decommissioning of existing on-site treatment system & replacement with upgraded onsite treatment system and percolation area along with all associated site development and facilitating works.
