Project scope

at this site located at the Shalom Nursing Home, Church Street, Kilcock, County Kildare, W23 FH30, which is a protected structure (RPS No: B05-40) and located within the Kilcock Architectural Conservation Area (ACA). Retention permission is sought for the removal of railings / gates to the front of the site (south western side). Permission is sought for the removal of existing unauthorised fences / gates and the erection of new, permanent gates and fencing. This includes: Gates to the front (south western side) and rear (north eastern side) of the site; Fencing to front, side and rear (south western, south eastern and north eastern side) of the site; Part demolition of the wall adjacent to front gate; and All associated landscaping and ancillary works
