Project scope

consist of: - Removal of the existing single storey utility room to the side. - Construction of new single storey extensions to the side and rear of the existing single storey detached dwelling. - Minor modifications to the internal layout. - Minor modifications to the facades. - All associated landscaping and site development works. The development requiring retention permission will consist of: - Construction of a single storey ancillary recreational building to the side. - Replacement of the existing septic system with a new on-site wastewater management treatment system to current EPA guidelines. Revised by Significant Further Information which consists of: - Seeks permission to remove 1 no of the 2 no existing vehicular entrances. - Seeks retention permission to retain 1 no of the 2 no existing vehicular entrances. - All associated landscaping and site development works
