Project scope

(A) refurbishment of existing derelict cottage complete with new natural slate roof and the restoration of existing walls with new window fenestration to front (west) elevation and side (north) elevation and the insertion of a new window on the side (east) elevation. (B) single storey extension to Front (west) elevation and side (north) elevation. (C) the installation of an Oakstown BAF wastewater treatment plant with polishing filter percolation area, previously granted planning permission under file ref no 23/419 and (D) upgrading of existing entrance to a new double vehicular recessed entrance gate and piers and all associated site works
