the following works, retention of (a) single-storey storage room with a gross floor area of 86m² to the southwest of an existing industrial warehouse, (b) single storey warehouse with a gross floor area of 195m² to the southeast of an existing industrial warehouse and (c) first floor mezzanine consisting of a storage area and offices with a gross floor area of 238m² and planning permission for (a) first floor extension with a gross floor area of 118m² to the front of an existing industrial warehouse, (b) single-storey extension with a gross floor area of 562m² to the rear of an existing industrial warehouse, (c) external fire escape to southeast elevation, (d) internal modifications, (e) upgrade of existing vehicular entrance, (f) erection of a bicycle shelter, (g) 2m high green mesh fencing with native planting to northwestern boundary (h) 484m2 of solar panels on the roof along with all associated site development and facilitating works
