permission for (1) a single storey extension to the front, (2) a single storey extension to the side and rear of the existing detached dwelling and consists of retention permission for (3) the attic converted for habitable use and roof windows, (4) a porch to the front, (5) entrance gates, piers and wing walls, (6) the garage as constructed converted to a garden room at ground floor level and a home gym at first floor level and (7) a container for domestic storage and all associated ancillary site development works above and below ground.
