Project scope

six independently accessed student accommodation units at first and second floors (including two 3 bed and four 2 bed units) together with associated terrace / private amenity space. The subject area includes; a) A 421sqm modified version of the of student accommodation previously permitted under planning permission ref: 161/043, at the existing first and second floor levels and; b) for 85sqm of floor area permitted under reg ref: 01/565 but not demolished as per ref 161/043 and; c) 100.4sqm of area not included in previous applications and; d) elevational changes associated with the above.
