Project scope

single storey extension to side of existing dwelling. Extension currently consists of a domestic garage, utility and W/C extending c.29 Sq/M, and (b) full planning permission sought for the following: (i) conversion of an additional existing shed along with the aforementioned area being retained to be used as a single storey small family flat, storage are utility and w/c, (ii) modifications to existing window and door arrangements including the removal of 2 no. garage doors at front elevation and replacement of same with windows, removal of windows in existing porch and the installation of 2 no. roof lights in side elevation. (iii) connection to all relevant existing site services and all associated development works
