alterations to and extension of an existing light industrial/ manufacturing facility including for an extension to the facility of c. 6,673 sq m gross floor area (resulting in a building of?c. ?15,038 sq m), as well as an increase in height of?c. 2.1m?and replacement of the roof on part of the existing facility.? The development also includes for the alteration of existing car parking on site (car parking spaces will reduce from 55 to 54 no. spaces, including for EV and disabled parking); provision of 40 no. bicycle spaces; demolition of existing structures and replacement sprinkler tank and pump house; the decommissioning of an existing on-site treatment plant and the provision of a new foul treatment plant and percolation area; SUDS measures; ?landscaping and boundaries; pedestrian paths, and all associated site development works above and below ground necessary to facilitate the construction and operation of the proposed development. Retention permission is being sought for the development of a concrete batching plant, aggregate bunker and 3 no. cement silos as built.
