Project scope

(1) extend and modify an existing dormer bungalow dwelling to become a storey and half type dwelling, including extending and modifying the internal floor areas and altering the external elevations, (2) to construct 2 No. single storey outbuildings in a courtyard arrangement to the side of the existing dwelling to accommodate new domestic plant and store rooms, a gym and an indoor pool, (3) provision of ground mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) panels (4) demolish existing garage sub-structure, (5) landscaping works including the provision of a paddle court and 3G pitch and associated enclosures, together with the installation of a new waste water treatment plant, and percolation area and all associated site works
