Project scope

(a) The construction of a new detached single-storey dwelling with a floor area of 290.9 m²; (b) Site access being provided off the existing previously permitted double recessed vehicular site entrance; (c) The provision of a new wastewater treatment system and associated percolation area; (d) All associated site works; and (e) The granting of permission for this proposal will involve a variation of condition 6 of pl. reg. ref. no.: 04/457; condition 3 of pl. reg. ref. no.: 11/1205; and condition 3 of pl. reg. ref. no.: 17/271. Revised by Significant Further Information which consists of: Planning Permission is sought: (a) to vary / remove Condition 6 of Reg. Ref. 04/457, Condition 3 of Reg. Ref. 11/1205 and Condition 3 from Reg. Ref. 17/271. Each of these conditions relate to the sterilisation of the family landholding. Retention permission is sought for: The relocation of the as-built wastewater treatment system and percolation area for the applicant’s parents’ dwelling from the locations originally permitted under Reg. Ref. 17/272 to new positions north of these permitted locations. The as-built wastewater treatment system and percolation area is approximatey 34m from its permitted location and the as-built percolation area is approximately 14m from its permitted location.
