Project scope

for (1) The change of use of the private domestic dwelling, its associated Coach House/Granary and two sheds to a reception and accommodation facility. (2) Upgrade works to the dwelling including: (i) Repainting of external walls. (ii) Servicing of electrical and mechanical systems including fire alarm upgrade works. (iii) Boiler room partition on the lower ground floor. (3) Upgrade works to the Coach House/Granary including: (i) New stairs in the Coach House. (ii) Minor alterations to existing sanitary facilities of the Coach House. (iii) Change of a window to an exit door on the ground floor of the Granary. (iv) Partition on the ground and first floor of the Granary. (4) Renovation works to Sheds A & B including repair and replacement of existing external joinery to match the original. (5) Installation of heritage estate fencing along the south to northeastern boundary of the site. PLANNING PERMISSION FOR THE FOLLOWING: (1) Remove lobby partition to kitchen on the lower ground floor of the house and fit a door in the hall at the foot of the stairs. (2) The replacement of installed fire doors with historically accurate replica fire doors. (3) Carry out all ancillary site works. All at Ryevale House, Ryevale Lawns, Leixlip, Co. Kildare, W23 E7R8.
