Project scope

a change of use at Buckley House, (total site area: 0.0618 ha). The building is a protected structure (RPS ref: b05-11; NIAH ref: 11803050). Under the previously granted planning application (ref: 22/953), Buckley house was approved for use as a restaurant. This application seeks permission to change the use from restaurant (305m²) to office accommodation, remove the existing open area refuse bin store (18m²), and incorporate this area into the office layout with a continuation of the existing flat roof. The proposal also includes the removal of the refuse bin store door and installation of a new window on the south-facing elevation
