for (A) Retention Permission for private function room to the rear (north east) elevation with access off the main public house & restaurant, retention permission for cleaners store and linen press to side (south east) elevation and minor alterations to the rear (north east) elevation to form 2 no. sheltered canopies off the smoking areas. (B) Retention Permission for 2 no. private function rooms with self-contained bar & store to the side (north west) elevation. (C) Retention Permission for Coffee Dock to the front (south west) elevation (D) Retention permission for 2 no. treatment rooms to the side (north west) elevation of the existing premises
