Project scope

for: (a) (i) Single storey extension to side elevation of existing dwelling house, (ii) single storey extension to rear of existing dwelling house, (iii) minor modifications to existing window and door arrangements, (iv) complete energy upgrade and internal remodelling works including removal of chimneys, (v) landscaping, connection to all existing site services and all associated development works. (b) Permission also sought to partially demolish an existing detached shed located in the rear garden of the existing dwelling. (c) Retention permission sought for the revised / remaining shed for domestic use only and for the ancillary enjoyment of the existing dwelling. shed structure is proposed to be upgraded to allow for future solar panels with windows and doors to be installed in the current opes to provide safe, weathertight and secure storage for the applicant
