Project scope

planning permission to reconstruct and remodel existing derelict house including separation of unit from existing adjoining neighbouring property together with all associated site works. Retention permission is sought for the following: 1. Temporary siting of existing Mobile dwelling house for a period of 5 years 2. Existing waste water treatment system, stormwater soakaways and all associated site works. 3. Widening of existing northern vehicular entrance. 4. Resurfacing of entire site with broken stone made from recycled building waste together with all associated site works. 5. Temporary siting of existing Shed to the front of the existing derelict dwelling. 6. Existing boundary fencing as constructed
