for the construction of a new Wellness Facility to include: 2 No. sauna units, 1 No. Jacuzzi, 2 No. hot tubs, Reception building with changing facilities and toilets, 2 No. padel courts, Bicycle parking, Car parking including 2 No. EV charging spaces, Rainwater harvesting system, connection to existing hotel watermains, foul sewer and surface water facilities on site, new site boundary treatment and all associated site works.
