Project scope

Construction of a single storey extension to the rear of the existing single-storey four-bedroom bungalow, comprising an enlarged kitchen, and home office area. 2 no. new rooflights are proposed, a ridge light to the new roof, and a roof light to the rear slope of the existing roof. Alterations within the existing house footprint are proposed to provide a larger bathroom, to relocate the position of the master bedroom window, and the proposal includes for localised alterations to existing landscaping, foul drainage connections, surface water drainage connections, and ancillary site works
