Retention for: A (i) existing 3-bedroom single storey type house (ii) existing garage / fuel shed for domestic use (iii) vehicular entrance and associated site development works (B) Permission for: (i) New wastewater treatment system and polishing filter percolation area to serve the existing house (ii) erection of 4no. horse stables for rearing and training with tackroom, feed store and staff facilities including toilet, office and canteen (iii) Provision of horse arena, dungstead and effluent holding tank and all associated site drainage and development works.
