the construction of a new steel-frame glasshouse, measuring 72 m × 75 m, comprising six 12 m-wide bays, provision of a rainwater harvesting pond, provision of an attenuation pond, demolition and removal of 2 no. polytunnels and all associated siteworks, including grading and surface water infrastructure.
